DORIAN BLACK received the best possible jury rating “1 = very good” in the special category “Best Rock Singer” at the 39th German Rock & Pop Award 2021 for the submitted song “Take The Hard Way” !
After taking first place in 2019, this was the second time that I achieved the top placement in this category!
After places 1, 2 and 3 were always awarded in all main and special categories in the years up to and including 2020, the rating system changed in 2021. All submissions were rated by the jury on a scale from 1 = very good to 5 = unsatisfactory. The submissions rated 1 to 3 received awards.
In the main category “German Pop Prize”, the song “Berlin Is Not In Germany” submitted by DORIAN BLACK was rated “2 = good”. After taking 2nd place in this category in 2020, I was successful again.
DORIAN BLACK also received the jury rating “2 = good” for “Berlin Is Not In Germany” in the special category “Best Pop Singer”. After winning this category in 2019, this is another great achievement.
